Tehidy Park win at Tiverton
 The ladies representing Tehidy Park won the second Regional Final of the NSPCC Ladies Golf Classic held at Tiverton Golf Club.
A stunning day with a blue sky and the sun shinning bright greeted the 12 pairs who had qualified and were now competing for a place in the Grand Final. As the scores filtered into the clubhouse it looked as though a fantastic 41 points from the ladies representing Killiow Golf Club would emerge as victors but they were just beaten by an incredible 42 points from Karen Langford and Rachel Phllips of Tehidy Park.
In third place was Gillian Cattran and Rachel Perkin from West Cornwall with 36 points.
Thanks go to all the ladies who took part and entered into the spirit of the competition and also to Tiverton Golf Club for their warm welcome and for hosting the event so well. The ladies also helped to raise more money for the NSPCC in the raffle where one lucky lady took home an Anya Hindmarsh bag and another won a complimentary four ball at Tiverton with thanks to the club.
