Ashburnham win through to Grand Final at the Vale
 After the first three Regional Finals began on damp and rainy days, the ladies who arrived at Ashburnham were pleased to see the sun shinning and a good forecast for the day!
In near perfect golfing conditions, Ashburnham Golf Club Ladies, Iolan and Nia Greville topped the leaderboard with a fantastic 41 points.
Second place went to Julie and Dorathy Ace from Pennard Golf Club with Jane Barrell and Pat Jarvis winning third place.
On behalf of the NSPCC, our thanks go to all the ladies who took part and entered into the spirit of the event. Clubs had already raised a substantial amount of money for the charity through holding their club qualifying competitions but ladies on the day helped to raise even more by generously taking part in the raffle and Algarve Golf Trophy Nearest Pin competition.
