Castlerock win at Massereene
 Players in the Northern Ireland Regional Final of the NSPCC Ladies Golf Classic were relieved to see a dry day and a hint of some blue sky after the event had been called off due to rain on the original scheduled date in early August.
With fabulous conditions at Massereene Golf Club, some great scores were posted but no one could get near the winners from Castlerock Golf Club, Kate Mark and Elaine Taylor, who scored a fabulous 45 points.
There was a tie in second place with Gillian Murphy and Heather Patterson from Edenmore and Hilary Bradley and Danielle O'Neill from Lisburn, both scoring 39 points. Gillian and Heather claimed the second spot with 20 points on the back nine.
