Steve Pierce wins H & L Garages Golf Day
 On an overcast, yet dry day, the H & L Garages Northern Region Golf Day took place at The Oaks Golf Club just outside York.
Steve Pierce, handicap 5, led the field onto the course and posted an early clubhouse score of 38 points.
There were some good scores which followed but it proved too good for the rest of the players and Steve was crowned the winner.
Second place was won by Steve Youngman from SEY Transport with 36 points and in third was Andrew Pritchard from the Insurance Partnership with 35 points.
