Ladies from Naunton Downs win national final
The national final of the NSPCC Ladies’ Golf Classic, held at the East Sussex National Golf Resort and Spa, was won by Lisa Mosson and Lindsay Wallace from Naunton Downs Golf Club.
The pair beat off stiff opposition in the betterball competition and now qualify to take part in the Algarve Golf Trophy Grand Final, to be held in Portugal later this year.
Lisa and Lindsay scored a fabulous 46 points around the stunning West Course, beating the second place pair of Patricia Bending and Rosemay Venner from Tiverton Golf Club by 4 points.
