Parties
Your contract is with A.B.C. (Grimsby) Limited trading as "Team Frith". The registered office of A.B.C. (Grimsby) Limited is at Lancaster Approach, North Killingholme, Immingham, North East Lincolnshire, DN40 3JZ.
You, "the Client", includes the first-named person entered onto the Company's Booking Form and all other participants listed on the Booking Form. These Conditions apply to all of the participants listed on the Booking Form and the term "the Client" should be construed accordingly.
The Event
The Company will provide the services set out in the Company's publicity material and specification for the Event. The Company reserves the right to provide the services either directly or by the use of independent contractors.
Prices
Where the Event is to take place outside the United Kingdom the Company has calculated the cost of the Event and the price payable by the Client using Euro currency. Where the Booking Form expresses the total cost of the Event in Sterling currency and, by virtue of alteration to the rate of exchange between Sterling and Euro currency exchange rates the cost of the Event is increased by a sum greater than 10% of the total cost of the sum payable by the Client to the Company, the Company shall require the Client to pay the additional cost (and not just the excess over and above the sum of 10%). The Company shall not be obliged to refund any monies to the Client in the event that the currency exchange results in the reduction of the Sterling cost of the Event.
Payment
At the time of booking the Client will pay the deposit calculated on the Booking Form. The full balance of the payment for the Event will be due 60 days before the first day of the Event. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the first day of the Event the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Payment can be made in the following ways;
1. By cash directly to the Company; 2. By cheque or bankers draft; 3. Direct to the Company's bank; 4. By any credit card accepted by the Company; or 5. Switch or Delta payment cards.
In the event that full payment is not received from the Client by the Company in accordance with these Booking Conditions the Company reserves the right to refuse the Client's participation in the Event and any monies paid by way of deposit or otherwise will be forfeited.
Changes/Cancellation by Team Frith
The Company shall endeavour to provide the Event for participation by the Client exactly as specified in the publicity material and specification. On occasions it may be necessary for changes to the Event to be made. The Company reserves the right to make changes at any time. Where the change is a minor change (as to which the Company's decision shall be final) the Client shall accept the change. In the event of a significant alteration to the Event the Company shall endeavour to offer an alternative event or to refund the monies paid by the Client.
Where the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company there shall be no entitlement to a refund.
Changes/Cancellation by the Client
If the Client wishes to amend the booking at any time earlier than 60 days before the first day of the Event then he may do so providing notification is given by the Client to the Company in writing. The Company shall reserve the right to charge an administration fee of a minimum of £15.00. Alterations to the booking made less than 60 days before the first day of the Event may be made and the Company reserves the right to charge an alteration fee of not less than £30.00. All changes are subject to availability and on the basis that the alteration will not prejudice the operation of the Event.
In the event that the Company receives notice in writing of the Client's intention to cancel the booking the following cancellation charges will apply:

Behaviour
The Client shall be expected to observe behaviour consistent with the nature of the Event provided. In the absolute discretion of the Company in the event that the Client behaves in a manner unacceptable or in a way affecting the enjoyment of other participants at the Event the Company reserves the right to refuse to allow the Client to participate further in the Event. No refund of monies paid will be given.
Without prejudice to the remainder of the rights and obligations in these Booking Conditions the Company shall not be obliged to make any refund to the Client in circumstances where the Event cannot proceed due to adverse weather conditions.
Liability of the Company
In any circumstances where the Company may have a liability to the Client whether by reason of breach of contract, negligence or breach of any statutory duty the liability of the Company to the Client shall not exceed the sum payable by each individual Client to the Company.
In the event that the client is a consumer nothing in this agreement shall effect the Client's statutory rights.
